Everything is delivered, everything is fine, the ring is normal, in the dark it glows, but not very long.

I loved it, it is as in the image and effectively shines in the darkness (if it has been loaded before with light [?]). Well, the images say it all open. And the shipment was pretty fast too.
The goods did not come. The money was returned.
I gave the wrong measure .. it came too big .. the cargo was given very fast but my hand reached too late .. on the ring there are rust marks on 1-2 place
